We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BOSCARA.
Returns If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@boscara.de with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible cases:
- Item does not match the description
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
Non-returnable items Items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
